It’s out! Yet another moment years in the making. I am so excited to launch this book today, on Earth Day no less. I am excited to see what readers think about it. It is my hope that it makes people think and opens up those “kitchen doors” to some of the conversations families across the country are having every day. I hope you also find it a heartwarming story about family and enjoy the treasure hunt woven throughout. What book would be complete without a bit of adventure?

This book hits close to home for me not only with geography but in subject matter, and as I said in a prior post, it was a story that was simply burning to get out of my head. This is the story I completed for National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) 2022. Now you can finally read it!
